CitéCréation is a collective of mural artists based in Lyon, founded in 1978 by a group of young artists with a passion for monumental art and trompe-l'œil. Their collective approach quickly became a unique model in France and around the world, making them pioneers in the field of urban mural painting.

Over the decades, CitéCréation has designed and created more than 650 monumental frescoes around the world, helping to transform urban spaces into open-air art galleries. Their work is characterised by a collaborative approach with the residents of the neighbourhoods in which they work, integrating local histories into their creations.
