Built into the depths of Brisbane's Metro Arts Theatre, Exhibition is an intimate 24-seat restaurant that offers guests a rare multi-sensory experience. In the purest sense of escapism, Exhibition continues the legacy of theatre, visual and performance art that will live on forever in this 130-year-old building. Their aim is to offer a menu inspired by a Japanese-style Omakase. In other words, the chef chooses what will be served each evening to the 24 guests.

The exhibition will give you a unique experience. Escape. You'll see handmade cutlery, ceramics by local and Japanese artists, kitchen objects and the unique skills and knowledge of their teams. Their aim is to share the stories of all the designers, producers, artists and craftspeople who have contributed to this exhibition.
