L'Observatoire de Nantes

A wooden path offers the walker a real immersion in nature. Seen from the path, Lavau regains its harbour character and the walker realises that he is walking in the old river bed. At the end of the path, a platform and a 6-metre high tower allow you to rise above the meadows and reed beds. Tadashi Kawamata has chosen to offer a new point of view on the river by "linking" it to the village thanks to a path leading to an observatory.
